New Food & Beverage ordering feature makes it possible for limited service hospitality operators to automate room service …
Scheduled for release to existing customers in Q2 (April -June ‘07), ETVi’s new Food & Beverage ordering feature will be fully integrated with the iControl-Probooker EPOS product.
Accessible through the Guest Services sub-menu of the ETVi product, Hotel Operators will now be able to offer their guests access to food & beverages 24 hours a day, via an integrated Electronic Point of Sale interface on the TV.
With the ability to pre-order breakfast, promote a meal-deal with the start of a movie and increase room revenues through an easy to use and intuitive user interface on the TV, ETVi’s new EPOS feature automates room service, making it possible for limited service hospitality operators to maintain high levels of customer service, whilst minimising operating costs and keeping staffing levels to a comfortable level.
