Multi-lingual
The TV screen can be changed to suit the nationality of your guest. At the moment we support over 25 languages, and more are being added all the time.
A warm welcome - and a stress-free stay
Your TV welcome message greets each guest when they arrive, along with any messages specific to that guest - all thanks to ETVi’s advanced messaging module.
There’s also on screen contextual help - making sure your guests can always use the system just the way they want.
Room service, ordering a taxi, arranging for bags to be uplifted from the bedroom or requesting a butler to assist guests? Everything is made simple with ETVi.
Alarms, personalisation and billing
The TV set can wake your guest - or see them to bed with a sleep timer that’s as easy to use as you’d expect.
MyETV is your guest’s shortcut to pre-paid movies on demand, audio on demand and Internet services. What’s more, every guest is given the chance to provide feedback on their stay, experience of the hotel and its services - all via the TV set.
And of course, our property management system (PMS) interface allows guests to view their bill on the TV screen and use the ETVi express checkout feature if they need it.
The ETVi Main Menu Screen
The ETVi main menu, or opening screen, is designed to simplify the guest experience and be visually appealing. We believe that the hotel TV system should not differ from how we all experience viewing digital TV at home, therefore the design is much more in tune with mainstream domestic satellite and cable TV systems. ETV has invested substantially in the design and usability of the ETVi product and commissioned an award winning design team to advise and consult us along the way.
