The ETVi Guest Services sub-menu can be used by guests to order drinks directly from the hotel bar to their room, to order a snack or evening meal from the kitchen, or even pre-book a breakfast order the night before to be delivered to their door.
Integrated with the iControl EPOS product and Probooker PMS, the ETVi Food & Beverage ordering feature makes it simple for limited service hospitality operators to automate room service to their guests. And with a simple navigation menu, guests will find the new feature easy to use and intuitive, with the added functionality of being able to view all food and beverage transactions on their individual bill, via the ‘My ETV’ feature on the TV.
With express check-out options available, wake-up and sleep time features too, the ETVi product affords Operators with a system capable of providing high levels of customer service to their guests, while minimizing operating costs and staffing levels to a comfortable level.
And of course every new feature within ETVi is multi-lingual, making the ETVi product even more appealing to hotels catering for international guests.
