Hotel Services
In this sub-menu of the ETVi product the operator is equipped with a number of powerful marketing options; all of which can be configured and self-managed by a hotel via the ETVi Content Push feature.
Fully customisable, these options can include launching promotional video material of hotel services as the guest checks in - discretely displayed in the lobby or playing on the TV as the guest enters their room. Promotional video types may include: a resort showcase, spa footage, or even video promoting sporting activities on offer (Golf, Quad Biking, Archery …)
Extending the Hotel Services feature further still, Operators can choose whether to offer interactive service booking to guests, for example, the ability to make a dinner reservation or book a golfing tee-off time by pressing the interactive button on the TV.
By integrating ETVi with a VoIP telephony product, Operators can present an integrated Digital TV and Telephony solution to the guest.
Imagine being able to promote relaxing new spa services at the hotel or nearby to your Guests, with a call back feature enabled to encourage that impulse purchase and a consultation with the beauty room to take place.
The ETVi Hotel Services feature also allows Operators to brand the TV screen with corporate logos and colours, and upload any in-room collateral: the A-Z directory, bar or restaurant menu – reducing print costs and removing the reliance of guests reading promotional desk cards and leaflets to promote services on offer.
