Configuration
ETVi offers a number of system configuration options, enabling client-system specification to be achieved.
Should product integration and convergence of complimentary services be high on your agenda, advance remote monitoring of components, redundancy levels of equipment, or a robust, risk free guest internet connection; then ETVi network configuration options will cater for all of your needs.
Hotel Service Billing options remain flexible through configurable service charges and access levels, for example: flexible duration of movie viewing, jukebox/radio access and internet/email usage; pay-as-you-go options where incremental increases may apply; pre-pay service bundling options accessible at the time of booking, and instant event based billing.
The ETVi system can be provided with a standard design template, or configured to incorporate hotel branding, colours and logos. Extending hotel promotion further, full screen corporate video backdrops can be applied, digital hotel information uploaded and interactive services made available to guests, to allow for the instant promotion of movies and internal and external amenities.
Hotels wishing to remove standard menu items such as: Adult movies or Express Check-Out are permitted to do so, and ETVi can be configured to welcome the guest and default to the language settings of the client from the PMS. Extensive guest messaging options are additionally available within ETVi.
Lastly ETVi’s IPTV channel line-up is easily managed and offers an extensive source of programming choices, aggregated from digital terrestrial, satellite, cable or analogue signals. With the possibility of enhancing channel line-up for specific rooms, eg VIP rooms may contain channels that standard rooms do not, premium TV channels may also be set as chargeable as a means of offsetting subscription charges; standard rooms wishing to access premium TV channels can be prompted to enter payment details to view, or simply prevented from accessing VIP channels altogether by removing from the channel line-up listing.
