IP Telephony
IP Telephony (IP-T) for Operators may still be seen as a luxury. Many Operators have not yet seen the benefits of an IP-T solution because they are not convinced of the cost versus benefit.
This is about to change. IP handsets are now widely available and traditional PABX systems are progressively being replaced by Servers and IP-T software thereby reducing the capital cost associated with PABX systems.
