HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation) is a trade association that facilitates the development of next-generation; customer-centric technologies to better meet the needs of the global hotel community.
ETVi is an avid supporter and active participator of the HTNG.
ETVi is currently participating in the in-room technology workshop. This workgroup is focusing on the next generation of guestroom technology. Its objective is to design and implement an architecture and solutions that will support the transition to guestrooms where all major systems are supported by IP-based networks - including telephony, entertainment, guest Internet access, door locking, minibar, energy management, and administrative systems used by hotel staff in the guestroom.
